In Malaysia, pre-filled cartridges are sold abundantly at shopping malls and on the internet. Without knowing that e-liquid is actually in existant and sold in bottles, most e-cigarette users in Malaysia turn up to their favorite kiosks for topping up their depleting flavor in their cartridges.
Compared to pre-filled cartridges, e-liquid has more advantages and benefits. Below are the comparisons:
